Learn about the energies of the chakra system, how they work together, how these energies influence the circumstances of your life and what happens when your energies are in conflict. Reveal the patterns of your own chakras and techniques for self-healing. A comprehensive overview and an introductory experience to the powerful energetic shifts possible through chakra energy healing.

Class begins with lectures about the different frequencies of consciousness and how to understand how they operate in your life. Then the group will do exercises to shift stuck patterns "on the spot" for illumination and change. $39 (This is the Pre-Requisite Class for 7 Chakras Power Weekend.)

Our chakras vibrate the programs of our life experience, physical manifestation and well-being. During this weekend workshop, you will gain a direct experience of the seven chakra energy centers that spin at the core of your being and create the interface between the spiritual and the physical.

Combining group exercises, including the use of vibrational tools such as crystals, aromatherapy and sound healing with guided meditations, spiritual and practical knowledge of chakra principles, you will learn how to self-diagnosis and heal common energetic blocks as well as discover the source of your imbalances and re-write these programs.
