We say Happy New Year, but what does that really mean? For many of us it connects with the celebration of the party day itself. For others, a projection to the future, a blessing that our loved ones be happy tomorrow.

Practice Being Happy in advance for something you are wanting in the future. This allows the energy to relax and an opening in the heart.

Happiness attracts more happy things to be happy about.

Be happy for this day. Be happy for the good already here. Be happy now and ask for more happiness! Each one of us can choose to Be Happy Now. Choose it and feel good!
